Do you charge by the hour or by project?
By delivery. What will be done, in which stages and for what investment is set out in the proposal.
What if the scope changes along the way?
It happens, and that’s fine. We talk it through, show the impact on timeline and investment, and you decide how to proceed.
What size of company do you work with?

Do I own the code and the data?
On bespoke projects, yes: the code is yours.
