Payroll for a chain with many stores and many instalment advances was spread across a legacy system and side spreadsheets. Directors, HR, store managers and employees each needed different answers from the same numbers.
What we did
What we did
We built a system with four views over one database: directors see chain-wide cost, trends and alerts; HR closes the month; managers follow their team and the store’s advances; and employees check payslips and instalments on their phones. Data from the previous system was imported.
