AI for manufacturing

Agents that look after
the health of your plant.

They track orders, margin, inventory and, with sensors, your machines. Every day they flag anything unusual and explain why. Your team decides what to do.

Demo

The 7 am check,
before the first meeting.

In this example, the agent cross-checks the ERP with machine data, separates what matters and sends a summary to the production manager.

  • Reads the systems you already haveERP, spreadsheets, production logs and, when available, sensors.
  • Compares against your own baselineAlerts are about what changed, not about a generic rule.
  • Explains and suggests, never decidesEach alert comes with the reason and who should look at it.

Fictitious scenario and data, created to show how an agent works.

  1. 07:00 daily check started
  2. → reading order book in the ERP
  3. 3 orders at risk of delay this week
  4. → comparing margin by product (90 days)
  5. shaft E-220: margin down 6 points since August
  6. → checking raw material stock
  7. SAE 1045 steel below minimum: 4 days left
  8. → reading line 2 sensors
  9. CNC lathe 03: stopped 47 min since 06:12
  10. → drafting summary with likely causes
  11. ✓ summary sent to the production manager
  12. next check: 1:00 pm

What the agents watch

From order to machine,
in a single view.

We start with the business, using the data the plant already has. When it makes sense, we connect the shop floor.

Phase 1 · No hardware

Business health

From the ERP, spreadsheets and order system.

  • Orders and deadlinesOrders about to run late, before the customer calls.
  • MarginProducts and customers where margin is slipping.
  • Inventory and purchasingRaw material near minimum, idle stock and unusual purchases.
  • ReceivablesLate payments and risk concentration in the customer base.

Phase 2 · With sensors

Shop floor health

From machine data, collected by our automation partner.

  • Machine downtimeUnplanned stops, with duration and line.
  • Line efficiencyProduction pace compared with each line’s baseline.
  • EnergyUnusual consumption by machine or shift.
  • MaintenanceSigns of wear and maintenance coming due.

How it works

Small, real and measured.
Then, the whole plant.

Each stage delivers something useful on its own. You decide if and when to move on.

  1. Stage 1

    Data assessment

We map where the data lives, who decides what and which signals deserve an alert.

  2. Stage 2

    Business agents

The first agents read the ERP and spreadsheets and start flagging issues. Nothing installed on the floor.

  3. Stage 3

    Machine connection

With our automation partner, we connect sensors and collectors to priority lines.

  4. Stage 4

    Ongoing follow-up

We tune rules and limits with your team and expand to new areas.

Responsibility

Agents alert.
People decide.

AI in a plant needs clear limits. This is how we work.

The data belongs to the plant.
We agree with you what the agents can read, where the data lives and for how long.
No automatic decisions on production.
Agents don’t start, stop or adjust machines. They observe, explain and alert.
Not a replacement for maintenance or safety.
Alerts help the team act earlier, but maintenance and workplace safety procedures still apply.
No magic numbers.
The gain depends on your data and your operation. We measure it with you, starting from the assessment.

FAQ

What manufacturers
usually ask.

Can’t find your question? Tell us about your case.

Let’s talk
Do I need sensors to start?

No. The first phase only uses data the plant already has: ERP, spreadsheets and the order system.

Sensors come later, on the lines where they make sense.

My ERP is old. Will it work?

In most cases, yes. We work with whatever can be read safely: integrations, databases, exports or spreadsheets. The assessment shows the best route for your system.

How long does it take?

It depends on where the data is and how many areas go into the first phase. You get a realistic timeline after the assessment, not before.

Does the data leave the plant?

We decide that together. Agents only access what is agreed, and we favour setups where your data is not used to train third-party models.

Who installs the sensors?

Our automation partner, specialised in industrial installation and connectivity. 180º coordinates the project and is your point of contact.

Can the agents shut down a machine?

No. They don’t act on production. They observe, compare against the baseline and alert the right people, with an explanation.
