The challenge
The challenge
The group’s two companies served many of the same people, but each kept its own records. There was no single place to see overdue work orders, building tasks and unusual utility readings.
What we did
What we did
We built one interface on a central records base: buildings and units, work orders with checklists, tasks, utility readings that alert when a unit strays from its own pattern, files and a wiki. Each profile sees only what it needs; field technicians get “My day” on their phones.
Highlights
Property management and electronic security group
- One base for customers, residents, suppliers and staff
- Work orders with checklist, photos and signature
- Utility readings with possible-leak alerts
