Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how 180º Soluções collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit 180solucoes.com or contact us, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Data Controller
This is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version is the legally binding text.
180º Soluções, CNPJ [REVIEW], headquartered at Rua Dona Maria Carneiro, 100, Centro - Itajubá, MG, is the controller of personal data processed through this site. Contact: contato@180solucoes.com.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Provided by you
When you fill out the contact form, we collect:
- name;
- e-mail;
- phone / WhatsApp (optional);
- company (optional);
- area of interest (AI, Systems, Websites or Other);
- expected budget range (optional);
- message.
Along with the submission, we record the date and time, the page language and the originating IP address. Each submission is saved to a log on our server and forwarded by e-mail to contato@180solucoes.com.
2.2 Collected automatically
While you browse, the hosting server records technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages accessed, date and time, and referrer. This data is used to operate and secure the site.
The site does not use audience measurement (analytics) tools. To limit abusive submissions of the contact form, we keep a cryptographic summary (hash) of the IP address, together with the time of each attempt, for up to one hour.
3. Purpose of processing
- respond to your message and prepare a commercial proposal;
- comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations;
- keep the site working properly;
- prevent fraud and automated or abusive submissions, and protect the security of the digital environment.
4. Legal basis (LGPD, Arts. 7 and 11)
- Consent, when you voluntarily submit the contact form;
- Legitimate interest, for the security and operation of the site;
- Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
5. Sharing
180º Soluções does not sell your personal data. We may share strictly necessary data with the following processors, under contract and a duty of confidentiality:
- Hosting and CDN (Cloudflare, cPanel hosting), for site delivery and protection;
- E-mail provider, to receive and respond to messages from the form;
- Authorities, when required by law, court order or legitimate request.
While you browse, the site does not load fonts, scripts or other resources from third-party services. Typefaces are hosted on the site itself.
6. Cookies
We use only one session cookie, on the contact page, as detailed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including HTTPS, edge protection via Cloudflare, protection of the contact form against forged and automated submissions, storage of logs outside the public area of the server, and access controls to internal systems.
8. Retention
Commercial contact data, including the log of form submissions and the messages received by e-mail, is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for the applicable legal period after the end of the relationship (generally up to 5 years, under the limitation periods of the Brazilian Civil Code and Consumer Protection Code). Technical browsing data is kept for the periods set by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
9. Your rights (LGPD, Art. 18)
At any time, you may request:
- confirmation that we process your data;
- access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance;
- data portability;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
- information about sharing;
- withdrawal of consent.
10. How to exercise your rights
